Duties and Responsibilities: Dermatologists are physicians who treat conditions related to the skin, though they may also treat disorders related to the hair and nails. Dermatologists undergo additional specialized training beyond receiving a medical degree to become experts in skincare, and they must also obtain a license to practice.
Salary: $300,000
Education: College, earning a bachelor's degree. Medical school, becoming a medical doctor or doctor of osteopathic medicine. Internship, 1 year of required medical training. An accredited dermatology residency program, at least 3 years.
Demand for this profession: Cosmetic dermatology, Pediatric dermatology, Dermatopathology . Bachelor’s degree: english, math, Inorganic and organic chemistry, physics, biology. Complete medical school
